Terms of service

This document is a draft version of VitMode's terms of service, prepared during the platform's build phase. It requires final legal review before going live (including compliance with applicable e-commerce and data-protection regulations, e.g. GDPR).

1. General provisions

VitMode provides educational content on health, biohacking and longevity, and allows users to create accounts, post comments and subscribe to the newsletter.

2. User accounts

Registration is optional. Users agree to provide accurate information and not to publish content that violates the law or common netiquette.

3. Content and intellectual property

Content published in the knowledge base and on the blog is protected by copyright. Quoting excerpts with attribution is permitted within the bounds of fair use.
