How to read these hazard ratios without overinterpreting them

The wide confidence intervals (e.g., 1.25-66 for pancreatitis) reflect the fact that these are rare events in absolute terms — the study had a relatively small number of new semaglutide users (613) and few actual events, despite the large base cohort of 16 million patients.
